Product Care:

Shirts: 
    • We 100% do not use Gildan, Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Jerzees, Bella Canvas, Next Level, etc t-shirt Blanks.
    • DLCTco exclusive shirts are special custom and manufactured, cut and sew products with DLCTco brand tags and sizing.
    • Before washing, it is recommended to turn the shirt inside out.
    • Dry-cleaning is not recommended.
    • DO NOT iron the printed parts of the shirt.

Payments:

  • We accept all major credit cards through PayPal and Shopify Payments.

General Orders:

  • All items are as described.
  • Free shipping on all orders made in the U.S.
  • Free Shipping on all International Orders $100+
  • Free returns for exchanges
    • If, for any of the reasons listed ( ) below, you need to return the item, please contact us and we will send you a return label, which will be already paid by us, so you can send it right to us for a new one! (:
    • (1) Wrong Size
    • (2) Damaged upon delivery (detailed description of damage is needed)
  • All items remain available until Out of Stock.
    • Certain Out of Stock items may be available for Pre-Ordering.
      • Please see pre-ordering details below.
  • Once your order has been processed you will receive a notification that your item has been shipped and will provide a USPS Tracking Number for your package.

Processing, Shipping, Handling and Delivery:
      • Please allow 1 business day to process your order.
      • All orders will be shipped from New Jersey (07109) and delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) as Standard Shipping.
        • Standard Shipping: 2-5 Business Days for delivery depending on your location.
        • If your purchase was a requested customized order, please allow 2-3 business days for order to be made and processed.
          • All custom orders will be then shipped through USPS as Priority Mail to ensure fast delivery.
        • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 Business Days for delivery depending on your location.
        • For delivery to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
      • International Orders: 1-2 weeks *Due to transit time and customs*
        ***Please Note: All international customers are responsible for the taxes and duties of one's country***

    PRE-ORDERS:

      • Please allow 1 week minimum to 2 weeks at most for your pre-ordered item(s) to be processed, printed and completed for shipment.
        • Once your order is complete, we will let you know that it is on its way to you!  

       

        RETURN POLICY

        • NO REFUNDS.
        • If, for any of the reasons listed below, you need to return the item, please contact us and we will exchange it for a new one! (:

          2. Damaged upon delivery
        • Exchanges are ONLY accepted if it is within 30 DAYS of purchase. 
        • All exchanges MUST be returned in its original condition, unused, with invoice to the Return Address provided.                            
        • ALL DISCOUNTED SALES ARE FINAL!  NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS!
